i coach women who are recreating their lives after losing years to anorexia or bulimia.
and i introduce them to the 7 essential elements of my weightless program.
awareness. movement. nourishment. voice. zest. grit. and untethered integration.
this is the essence7 journey to a bold.free.new life.
so what exactly do i mean by all of that?
most, but not all, of my clients have had eating disorders.
however, these 7 essential elements can be applied universally.

1. awareness – unraveling the patterns that hold you back
2. movement – going forward in your desired direction
3. nourishment – discovering what contributes to that sense of emptiness you may feel
4. voice – breaking your silence by speaking up, perhaps for the very first time
5. zest – risking real or imagined fears as you create a delight-filled life
6. grit – proceeding with unfailing determination

1. awareness – staying mindful, present, and curious
2. movement – immersing yourself in joyful activities and saying no when necessary
3. nourishment – feeding your soul as you finally allow your life to naturally unfold
4. voice – disentangling from self-defeating beliefs
5. zest – allowing time for imaginative play
6. grit – welcoming flexibility and ignoring the pursuit of perfection
new life.
1. awareness – opening yourself up to possibility
2. movement – continuing to challenge yourself, continuing to grow
3. nourishment – recognizing what truly fills you up
4. voice – reading from a new script
5. zest – treating yourself like a treasured friend as you seek out adventure
6. grit – exhausting every avenue on the road to wholeness
expected outcomes:
that at the end of our time together, you will have arrived at your unique destination,
my 7th essential element, untethered integration.
that you will feel liberated from your eating disorder,
or from whatever else confines you.
that you will at last be free from the chains you once created,
and happy to be living your own life.
that you will understand and cherish and embrace mind/body/spirit harmony.
you will look upon all of your experiences, good and bad alike, as lessons.
that you will be far along your path to holistic healing.
you will be free to be who you are.
you will be unified and whole.
