Goodbye, noise.

Goodbye, noise.
Turning off the oh-so-loud chatter in your mind.
Saying a final farewell to the “I’m not good enough”s
And the “why can’t I just”s.

Goodbye, noise.
No longer wishing for a world that doesn’t suit you.
Searching instead for your reason for living,
Your personal pinnacle of transformation.

Goodbye, noise.
Cherishing the calm and basking in the peacefulness.
Letting the attempted stings roll off you like water.
Should’ve happened long ago.

Goodbye, noise.
Throwing away the comparisons that make you small.
Deleting frustrations and regrets from your vision.
Lessons in futility.

Hello, quiet.
Welcome, clarity.
Goodbye, noise.

Boy, are you and I on the same wave length this week, April! I loved this short, but powerful post. Especially, “Hello, quiet. Welcome, clarity. Goodbye, noise.”

Today your words wash over me like the raindrops in the background. This online world has so much noise…how refreshing to think of it all falling away so I can focus on what’s important.

Beautiful post. I love the calm throughout it. There is so much peace and beauty in the quiet. It can be easy to get so wrapped up in the noise of the world to the point that it reflects in our own thoughts even. Thank you for sharing this!

Yes, yes, yes! This was beautiful, April. I find myself craving silence more and more in this “always on” digital world of ours.
