i am in france.
my days feel longer.
and my weeks move at a more delicate pace.
i go to sleep each night exhausted.
but happy and satisfied.
full of the exquisite culture.
full of the stunning landscapes.
full of the beautiful language.
my communication attempts fall short.
but the french people accept the fact that i try.
smiles are universal and many have been exchanged.
“oui oui oui” = “yes yes yes”
when we decipher each other’s meaning.
i saw this phrase written on the wall in a french house:
sound advice.
i’m taking it.

Now that I’ve gotten to know you through your blog posts, I would say that LIVE, LIFE, WIDE exemplifies your lifestyle. You and your family are adventurous and have experienced travel along with diverse cultures.
For me, that phrase would relate to how I have grown expansively as a person by embracing new opportunities and learning new things.
