there was a lot of online chatting back-and-forth before my second retreat last may. i already knew we were going to have a marvelous time together, and i truly couldn’t wait for all of the details to finally fall into place. for the good stuff to begin.
and oh, was it ever good . . .
like the distilled-down exploration and discussion of THE ARRIVAL’s 7 essential elements (the elements that form the very core of my own personal philosophy!) . . . 11 hours of group coaching throughout the week.
plus the castle tour, the pasta-making lesson with an italian chef, the day trip to cinque terre, the reflexology treatments with a licensed practitioner, the 1:1 sessions, the morning qi gong (moving meditation), the meals (including our own dress-up dinner at the villa), the farewell lunch at the 17th-century casale farmhouse.
and, of course, the gelato.
not to mention the raw emotion and breakthroughs. the laughter and the love. (and the continuing love! we all became very close with each other, and these bonds will last forever.)
